What I wish: I wish that after taking that photo, you would have gotten behind her and taken her license number. Oh yes dear woman, you seriously needed to do that. You would not have to get involved, but if it was ME, I'd be calling 9-1-1 and telling them where I'd be meeting them with photo in hand. I've seen 'em texting, eating and reading road maps, but never with their foot on the edge of the window.
It's times like those that I wish I had an 18 wheeler's air horn on board.
OMG, this is too funny...but only if you are not on the road with her. I once had a cashier in a grocery store stop scanning my food to text her friend. I was furious, said a few 'not so kind' words. Lord helps us all.
Don't you just wish you were a police officer sometimes? They are going to ban cell phone use while driving here in Ontario, Canada in the fall.
