A Sweet Little Treat

A cute little paper project appeared in my Pinterest feed the other day.  I happened to have 1/2 of a large bag of candy kisses and some birthdays this month that I thought this would be perfect for. Here is the link to The Paper Pixie where you can find complete directions and a video to go with it to complete this quick little box.

Patterned paper, solid paper, and some ribbon are all you need.  You can stamp something on the solid part or just leave it blank.  I chose to stamp mine with the simple "Happy Day" sentiment.  And of course, you can be a bit more fancy with a jewel or gem for the flower center.

The instructions in the link above are very easy to follow with the cutting and scoring.

Inside I was able to fit 6 kisses, or you can use another candy of your choice - or really any small item that would fit.

  1. Nice project! Perfect for giving a small treat or if it were done using 'kid' themed paper it would be ideal for holding a small toy too.
