Jingle Belles JB12:03 - A Banner Holiday 2
Here I am last minute again with my second card for the Jingle Belle challenge. I had been playing around with this idea in my head and kept putting off sitting down to play with it on paper, but finally realized it was now or, well, it wouldn't be never, just wouldn't be in time to put in the gallery this week.

can i just say HOW VERY GLAD i am that it *was* now and not never! b/c it would've been a sadder and much less sparkly xmas this december without this utterly lovely and perfectly thought out gem of a card! awesome, missus!!! ♥♥♥!
